RETURNS

Returns Policy

Welcome to our returns policy for purchases made on our Legame Brand site. Our main priority is your satisfaction and we will do everything we can to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you need to return a product, please read the following information carefully.

General Returns Terms

In accordance with article 64 of the Italian Consumer Code, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.

Product Conditions:

According to article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, the product must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all labels, original packaging and accessories included. We do not accept returns of damaged or worn products.

Right of withdrawal:

Based on article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date. In this case, you will be refunded the cost of the product and standard delivery costs, but you will have to cover the return shipping costs. The refund will take place within 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Reason for Return:

You must provide a clear reason for returning the product. Returns can be accepted for reasons such as wrong size, color not in accordance with the image or incorrect item.

Evaluation and Refund:

The refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
